01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 35bdt website at 35bdt.vip, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the 35bdt platform in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

These terms apply to all users of the 35bdt platform, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors browsing the site. Certain features — including all betting, casino games, and financial transactions — are available only to registered account holders who have completed the identity verification process.

35bdt reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the 35bdt website. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 35bdt platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure.
• You are accessing 35bdt from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not subject to any existing self-exclusion agreement with 35bdt or any other gambling operator that covers the type of gambling activity you intend to undertake.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You have not previously had a 35bdt account closed for breach of these terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close associate of 35bdt or any of its affiliated game studios or payment partners, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

35bdt may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification such as a Bangladesh National ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension until the verification process is completed.

35bdt takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling seriously. If you are aware of an underage individual attempting to use the 35bdt platform, please report this immediately to [email protected]. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 35bdt account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using different contact details — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false registration information is a breach of these terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 35bdt account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 35bdt will never contact you to request your password.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 35bdt immediately at [email protected]. 35bdt will suspend the account pending a security review. Any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access prior to notification may not be recoverable if 35bdt determines that reasonable security precautions were not maintained.

35bdt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This additional layer of security is available free of charge from within the account settings panel.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for all 35bdt accounts before a first withdrawal can be processed. The KYC process requires submission of: (a) a government-issued photo ID (Bangladesh National ID card, passport, or driving licence); (b) proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days); and (c) where applicable, evidence of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).

35bdt reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation from any account holder at any time, regardless of prior verification status. Accounts subject to enhanced review may have withdrawal processing temporarily suspended during the review period.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

35bdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions on the 35bdt platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). No currency conversion fees are charged by 35bdt; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 35bdt, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 35bdt account immediately upon confirmation from the payment network, in most cases within a few minutes of initiating the transaction.

All funds deposited into a 35bdt account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be reversed. If a deposit from an unregistered third-party source is detected, 35bdt reserves the right to void any winnings generated from that deposit and return the original deposit amount via the same channel.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) business hour for standard accounts that have completed KYC verification. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within three (3) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless a formal change of payment method request has been reviewed and approved by the 35bdt compliance team. This policy exists to protect account holders from fraudulent withdrawal redirection.

35bdt does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, if you request a withdrawal of a deposit that has not been wagered at least once, a processing fee of up to 5% may be applied to cover payment network costs. This fee does not apply to withdrawals of genuine winnings.

4.4 Disputed Transactions

If you believe a transaction on your 35bdt account is incorrect or unauthorised, you must notify the support team at [email protected] within fourteen (14) calendar days of the transaction date. 35bdt will investigate and respond within five (5) business days. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting 35bdt support is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

35bdt offers bonuses, free credits, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the individual promotion, in addition to these general terms. In the event of a conflict between the promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail with respect to that promotion.

Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of 35bdt. 35bdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any existing wagering obligations attached to a bonus already credited will be honoured.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a 35bdt account are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total). Only real-money wagers — not bonus-funded wagers on restricted game categories — count toward wagering requirements.

Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10%, and certain excluded game categories contribute 0%. The specific contribution rates for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

35bdt monitors all bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinated multi-account bonus claiming; and systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics. If bonus abuse is detected, 35bdt reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to restrict or close the account.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 35bdt platform — including slots, live casino tables, instant-win games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager.

Casino games on 35bdt use Random Number Generators (RNGs) certified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined entirely by these certified systems; 35bdt does not influence or alter outcomes after bets are placed. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the wager returned to your account balance.

Sports betting odds and markets are set by 35bdt's trading team and are subject to change up until the event commences. Pre-match bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted. In-play bets are settled at the odds prevailing at the moment of acceptance. In the event of an odds error — where a market is offered at a manifestly incorrect price due to a technical or human error — 35bdt reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect odds.

Cricket betting markets for BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures follow the standard settling rules for each competition as defined by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). Specific market settling rules (e.g., rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applicability) are set out in the sports betting rules section of the 35bdt platform.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35bdt platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or using more than one 35bdt account per person.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false name, using another person's identity documents, or providing materially false information during registration or KYC.
• Underage gambling: Registering or playing if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to access your account.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or table games where player strategy affects outcomes.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not intended for human players.
• Money laundering: Using the 35bdt platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. 35bdt is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider without first raising the dispute with 35bdt support.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at 35bdt staff or other platform users via any channel.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access the 35bdt platform, its databases, or any connected systems in an unauthorised manner, including through hacking, phishing, or social engineering.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 35bdt

35bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms & Conditions is detected or reasonably suspected; (b) the account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these terms; (c) required KYC documentation is not provided within the specified timeframe; (d) the account shows patterns consistent with prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; or (e) 35bdt is required to do so by a legal or regulatory authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 35bdt will notify the account holder via their registered email address and will aim to complete the investigation within ten (10) business days. Any genuine account balance held at the time of suspension will be preserved during this period, subject to the outcome of the investigation.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 35bdt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your nominated payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — specifically because you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life — please inform the support team of this reason. Closure for responsible gaming reasons will be processed as a self-exclusion, and 35bdt will provide information about responsible gaming support services in Bangladesh.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no bet placed). 35bdt will attempt to notify the account holder via email before applying a dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining account balance if lower) will be deducted until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by logging in.

09 Limitation of Liability

The 35bdt platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While 35bdt makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability, 35bdt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 35bdt's total aggregate liability to any account holder arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that account holder into their 35bdt account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

35bdt is not liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses; (b) loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data; (c) interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications networks, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest; (d) losses arising from your failure to comply with these terms or from your own negligence.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits 35bdt's liability for death or personal injury caused by 35bdt's proven gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Amendments & Governing Law

10.1 Amendments

35bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 35bdt will publish a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the 35bdt platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

Where an amendment materially and adversely affects your existing rights under these terms, 35bdt will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice before the amendment takes effect. If you do not accept the amended terms, you may close your account before the effective date in accordance with Section 8.2 of these terms.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 35bdt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 35bdt with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to that subject matter.
